If the Covid-19 pandemic has thought us anything, it’s that Nursing Homes house some of the nation’s most vulnerable people. While all homes strive to protect their residents, some have fallen short of the federal guidelines for infection control.
Since the start of the epidemic, The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has been conducting Targeted Infection Control Inspections at all Nursing Homes to ensure that Nursing Homes are taking all necessary measures to prevent and control the spread of infections like Covid-19.
