If the Covid-19 pandemic has taught us anything, it’s that Nursing Homes house some of the nation’s most vulnerable people.  While all homes strive to protect their residents, some have fallen short of the federal guidelines for infection control. 

Since the start of the epidemic, The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has been conducting Focused Infection Control Inspections at all Nursing Homes to ensure that Nursing Homes are taking all necessary measures to prevent and control the spread of infections like Covid-19.

The Nursing Homes listed below have received at least one serious citation for failing to implement or enforce policies that can control Covid-19.  Click on any facility for more details.
