He operated some of the best rated homes in the U.S and developed clinically sophisticated programs and services including subacute and outpatient rehabilitation, specialized memory - palliative and short-term respite care which are leading dynamic changes in healthcare.

Spencer is a seasoned leading technologist and product development specialist. His 15 year career in IT is a clinic of successes using his application and programming skillset to bring vision to reality for cloud based products. He manages the product roadmap and complete application development lifecycle for StarPRO.
